3M Electrically Conductive Adhesive Transfer Tape 9703 is a pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) transfer tape with anisotropic electrical conductivity. The uncompressed thickness of the tape contains silver particles that allow electrical conduction through the thickness (Z-axis) between substrates, while remaining electrically insulating in the plane of the adhesive (X-Y axis). It is designed for interconnection of flexible circuits with other flexible circuits or rigid printed circuit boards and EMI shield grounding.
