3M™ XYZ-Axis Electrically Conductive Adhesive Transfer Tape 9713 is an isotropically conductive pressure sensitive adhesive (CPSA) tape. It features a nickel-plated carbon fiber scrim carrier providing electrical conductivity through the thickness (Z-axis) and the plane (X, Y axes) of the adhesive. It is designed for EMI/RFI shielding, grounding, and attachment in electronics assembly, offering low contact resistance and high adhesion to various substrates including metal and plastic surfaces.
