3M Electrically Conductive Adhesive Transfer Tape 9713 is an XYZ-axis electrically conductive pressure sensitive adhesive (CPSA) tape. It features a conductive nickel-coated carbon fiber scrim carrier and provides isotropic electrical conductivity through the thickness (Z-axis) and the plane of the adhesive (X, Y planes). It is designed for EMI/RFI shielding and grounding in electronics assembly, offering good adhesion to both high surface energy (HSE) and low surface energy (LSE) substrates.
