
Voltage-controlled crystal oscillator in the ABLNO‑V series operating at 120.000 MHz with LVCMOS output and 3.3 V supply. It uses a high-Q 3rd-overtone crystal and supports a 15 pF load. Frequency stability over −40 to +85 °C is typically ±12 ppm (max ±18 ppm) with all-inclusive long-term stability of ±28 ppm. Typical RMS phase jitter is around 100 fs (12 kHz to 20 MHz). The device provides voltage control (Vc 0–3.3 V, ~1.65 V center), with an absolute pull range of at least ±28 ppm (up to ±55 ppm). Typical supply current at 120 MHz is 35 mA. It is supplied in a 4-pad no‑lead 14.3 × 8.7 × 5.5 mm SMD package and is RoHS/RoHS II compliant, MSL 1, with T2 tape‑and‑reel packaging (250 pcs/reel).
