The AST3TQ is a precision surface mount (SMD) Temperature Compensated Crystal Oscillator (TCXO) designed for high-stability applications. It provides a 40.000MHz frequency with a stability of ±500ppb over a wide temperature range of -55°C to +95°C. It features low phase noise (-150 dBc/Hz @ 100kHz offset), standard LVCMOS output, and is suitable for COTS military radios, LTE/BTS equipment, and precision test and measurement hardware.
