The AST3TQ is a precision Surface Mount Temperature Compensated Crystal Oscillator (TCXO) designed for use in COTS military radios and communication hardware. It features a high frequency stability of ±500ppb over an extended temperature range of -55°C to +95°C and an LVCMOS output. The device offers excellent phase noise and low RMS jitter typically around 400fs at a 40MHz carrier.
