This N-channel enhancement mode power MOSFET is rated for 60 V drain-source operation and 76 A continuous drain current at a 25 °C case temperature. It achieves a maximum drain-source on-resistance of 3.3 mΩ at 10 V gate drive and 5.4 mΩ at 5 V, with 300 A pulsed drain current capability. The device is housed in a TO-220CFM insulated through-hole package that provides high isolation voltage capability and low thermal resistance between the tab and an external heat sink. It supports junction temperatures from -55 °C to 150 °C, offers 32.9 mJ single-pulse avalanche energy, and is specified as RoHS compliant and halogen-free.
