ATS-CP-1001 Liquid Cold Plate, Aluminum, Mini-Channel Fin Design, 1/4 NPT
The ATS-CP-1001 is a high-performance liquid cold plate heat sink designed for cooling high-power electronics such as IGBT modules. It features a mini-channel fin design that provides a 30% improvement in thermal performance compared to standard cold plates. At a flow rate of 4 L/min, it can transfer 1kW of heat with a 5°C temperature difference between the base and inlet fluid. It is constructed from unfinished aluminum and features a 2-pass configuration with 1/4 NPT threaded input and output ports.
