The multimedia subsystem includes Mali-400 2D/3D graphics support, 2160p-class video decoding, and H.264 High Profile video encoding up to 1080p at 60 fps. Memory and peripheral interfaces include 16/32-bit DDR2 or DDR3 SDRAM support, NAND flash control, USB 2.0 device/host controllers, UART, SPI, TWI, SD/MMC, LCD, HDMI, TV output, audio codec, touch, and camera interfaces. The device is supplied in a 441-ball TFBGA package with 0.8 mm pitch and supports commercial and extended operating temperature ranges.
