The AONR21321 is a -30V P-channel MOSFET using advanced trench technology to provide excellent RDS(ON) and low gate charge. This device is suitable for use as a notebook AC-in load switch and in battery protection charge/discharge applications. It is 100% UIS and Rg tested.
