The AOZ13984DI-02 is a 23V USB Ideal Diode Switch intended for applications requiring reverse current protection, such as multi-port Type-C PD current sinking. It feature Ideal Diode True Reverse Current Blocking (IDTRCB) to prevent VIN from rising due to reverse current from VOUT. The device integrates back-to-back MOSFETs with low ON resistance and is capable of handling 5.5A continuous current and 15A peak surges.
