The AOZ2260AQI-15 is a high-efficiency synchronous step-down regulator utilizing a proprietary constant on-time (COT) control architecture. It supports a wide input voltage range from 2.7V to 28V and provides a continuous output current of 6A. The device features an adjustable output voltage, integrated power MOSFETs, and multiple protection mechanisms including over-voltage, under-voltage lockout, and thermal shutdown.
