The AOZ2264NQI-11 is a high-efficiency, easy-to-use DC/DC synchronous buck regulator that operates from a 2.7V to 24V input voltage range and provides up to 15A of continuous output current. It utilizes a proprietary constant on-time (COT) PWM control architecture with input feed-forward to provide ultra-fast transient response while maintaining a relatively constant switching frequency. The device integrates low RDS(ON) internal NFETs and features multiple protection functions including VCC under-voltage lockout, cycle-by-cycle current limit, output over-voltage protection, short-circuit protection, and thermal shutdown.
