The ZCU104 Evaluation Kit features the Zynq UltraScale+ XCZU7EV-2FFVC1156 MPSoC, designed for embedded vision applications. It includes a quad-core Arm Cortex-A53 applications processor, dual-core Cortex-R5 real-time processor, Mali-400 MP2 GPU, and a 4KP60 capable H.264/H.265 video codec. The board supports common peripherals including USB3, DisplayPort, SATA (M.2), and HDMI 2.0, along with LPC FPGA mezzanine card (FMC) expansion and 2GB of PS DDR4 memory.
