The BLF178XR is an extremely rugged LDMOS power transistor designed for broadcast and industrial applications in the HF to 128 MHz band. It is capable of delivering 1400 W of output power with high efficiency and excellent thermal stability. The device features integrated ESD protection and is designed to handle severe load mismatch (XR - Extremely Rugged).
