The BLF574 is a 500 W to 600 W LDMOS power transistor designed for broadcast and industrial applications in the HF to 500 MHz band. It features integrated ESD protection, excellent ruggedness, and high efficiency with excellent thermal stability. The device is designed for broadband operation and is suitable for use in industrial, scientific, and medical (ISM) applications as well as broadcast transmitters.
