The BLM9D2327-25B is a 2-stage fully integrated Doherty MMIC solution using Ampleon's GEN9 LDMOS technology. It integrates the carrier and peaking device, input splitter, and output combiner into a single PQFN package. It is designed for multi-carrier and multi-standard GSM, W-CDMA, and LTE base station applications in the 2300 MHz to 2700 MHz frequency range, featuring independent control of carrier and peaking bias and integrated ESD protection.
