The DK-M3-LS-3.4-15 is a developer's kit for the M3-LS-3.4-15 Linear Smart Stage. It is a high-resolution, miniature positioning module that integrates an M3-L linear actuator, a precision linear guide, and a high-resolution position sensor with an on-board micro-controller. The stage is designed for rapid integration into OEM instruments, providing a 15mm travel range, 0.5 micron resolution, and high stability.
