
Low power HART FSK modem provides a single-chip half-duplex physical-layer interface for field transmitters, HART multiplexers, and industrial analog I/O modules. The device integrates filtering, signal detection, modulation, demodulation, signal generation, an internal reference, and a buffered HART output. The AD5700-1 version includes a 0.5 percent precision internal oscillator and supports 1200 Hz and 2200 Hz continuous-phase sinusoidal shift frequencies. Operation is specified from 1.71 V to 5.5 V over a −40 °C to +125 °C temperature range in a 24-lead 4 mm × 4 mm LFCSP package.
