Single-supply, low-power triple video amplifier integrates three current-feedback amplifiers optimized for driving back-terminated 150 Ω video loads. Each amplifier provides 50 mA output current and operates on a single +3 V to +15 V supply or dual ±5 V to ±15 V supplies. It offers 125 MHz unity-gain bandwidth, 0.1 dB flatness to 50 MHz, and 0.03% differential gain error for video signal paths. A per-channel high-speed disable function turns off in 80 ns and the outputs swing to within 1 V of the rails. Operation is specified over the -40 °C to +85 °C industrial temperature range.
