Low noise precision CMOS operational amplifier provides rail-to-rail input and output operation for low voltage signal chains. It operates from 2.7 V to 5.5 V supplies and is fully specified from −40°C to +125°C. The amplifier has 2.7 nV/√Hz input voltage noise density at 10 kHz, 250 µV maximum offset voltage over common-mode range, and 0.0007% THD+N. It is unity-gain stable with 28 MHz gain bandwidth product and is available in Pb-free 8-lead MSOP and SOIC packages.
