Low-distortion unity-gain buffer amplifier uses a monolithic closed-loop architecture for wideband analog signal buffering. It provides 0.99 V/V typical gain, 750 MHz typical small-signal bandwidth, and 1200 V/µs typical slew rate. Harmonic distortion is rated to -80 dBc at 4.3 MHz and -66 dBc at 20 MHz for a 2 V p-p signal. The device operates from ±5 V supplies over a -40 °C to +85 °C specified temperature range and is intended for flash ADC driving, IF and communications buffering, impedance transformation, and line-driving applications.
