Dual voltage-feedback operational amplifier provides unity-gain-stable high speed performance with FET inputs. It supports a 1050 MHz small-signal bandwidth, 870 V/μs slew rate, and 9 ns settling to 0.1% under specified conditions. Low input noise of 4 nV/√Hz and 2.5 fA/√Hz supports photodiode preamplifiers, data acquisition front ends, filters, ADC drivers, and output buffers. The dual device is supplied in a 16-lead 4 mm × 4 mm LFCSP with exposed pad and is rated for −40°C to +105°C operation.
