Typical on resistance is 2.4 ohms at 5 V supply, with 1.8 V and 3 V JEDEC-compliant logic control inputs. Each switch conducts bidirectionally when on and is enabled by a Logic 1 input on its corresponding control line. The operating temperature range is −40 °C to +125 °C.
