True RMS RF power detector measures RF input power over a 50 MHz to 9 GHz frequency range. The detector provides a 65 dB measurement range with a single-ended 50 ohm input and supports input powers from about -62 dBm to +3 dBm. It provides voltage outputs suitable for digitization and includes an on-chip temperature sensor output. The device is supplied in a 16-lead LFCSP package for compact RF power measurement applications.
