High-side load switch operates from a 1.2 V to 3.6 V input supply and supports more than 500 mA of continuous load current. The device uses a low on-resistance P-channel MOSFET with 105 mΩ typical resistance at 1.8 V. Enable logic includes a built-in level shifter compatible with 1.2 V control signals. The 4-ball WLCSP package measures 0.8 mm by 0.8 mm with a 0.4 mm pitch and is specified for operation from -40°C to +85°C.
