Dual DC-to-DC switching regulator generates independently regulated positive and negative rails from a 2.85 V to 5.5 V input. The boost regulator provides an adjustable positive output up to 35 V with an integrated 2 A main switch, and the inverting regulator provides an adjustable negative output down to -30 V with an integrated 1.2 A main switch. Pin-selectable 1.2 MHz or 2.4 MHz operation supports external synchronization from 1.0 MHz to 2.6 MHz. Protection features include undervoltage lockout, overcurrent protection, overvoltage protection, and thermal shutdown. The device is supplied in a 20-ball WLCSP package rated for -40°C to +125°C junction temperature operation.
