Precision band gap voltage reference provides a fixed 5.0 V output with B-grade initial accuracy of 0.06%. The device operates from a 7 V to 40 V input range and supplies up to 10 mA output current. B-grade variants are specified over the −40°C to +125°C temperature range with low drift of 3 ppm/°C in SOIC-8 or 9 ppm/°C in TSOT-5 and SC70-5 packages. The reference includes a trim pin and a temperature output pin, and it does not require an external capacitor.
