Micropower precision voltage reference provides a 5.0 V band gap output with shutdown control in a 5-lead TSOT package. The B grade version has ±5 mV initial accuracy and 9 ppm/°C maximum temperature coefficient across the −40°C to +125°C operating range. The device operates from a supply at least 300 mV above the output and supports up to 5 mA output current. Low power operation includes 120 µA typical no-load quiescent current and 3 µA maximum shutdown supply current, with 8 µV p-p low frequency output noise.
