The reference operates from a 7 V to 18 V input range and is specified over the −40°C to +125°C extended industrial temperature range. Low-noise performance includes 3.4 µV p-p noise from 0.1 Hz to 10 Hz and 110 nV/√Hz noise density at 1 kHz. The device supports up to 10 mA output current, 0.5 mA maximum quiescent current at 25°C, and output trimming over a ±0.5% range.
