Reflective single-pole, double-throw RF switch operates from 8 GHz to 11 GHz with 1.2 dB typical insertion loss and 40 dB typical isolation. The silicon switch handles 41 dBm average RF input power and 46 dBm peak power on the insertion-loss path at an 85°C case temperature. CMOS- and LVTTL-compatible positive control inputs support fast 60 ns switching and 65 ns 0.1 dB RF settling. The device uses +3.3 V and −3.3 V supplies with 130 μA and 500 μA typical supply currents. A RoHS-compliant 20-terminal 3.0 mm × 3.0 mm LGA package supports operation from −40°C to +85°C.
