The switch provides 1.2 dB typical insertion loss, 40 dB typical isolation, and 46 dBm peak power handling on the insertion loss path. CMOS and LVTTL-compatible positive control inputs allow operation without additional driver circuitry. The device uses +3.3 V and −3.3 V supplies with low supply current and operates from −40°C to +85°C in a RoHS-compliant 20-terminal 3.0 mm × 3.0 mm LGA package.
