Ultralow power 3-axis MEMS accelerometer provides selectable measurement ranges of ±2 g, ±4 g, and ±8 g with 12-bit digital output. The sensor operates from a 1.6 V to 3.5 V supply and communicates through an SPI digital interface. It supports output data rates from 12.5 Hz to 400 Hz and includes motion-activated wake-up, activity and inactivity detection, a 512-sample FIFO, and an integrated temperature sensor. The device is specified for operation from -40 °C to +85 °C in a compact 16-terminal LGA package.
