General purpose operational amplifier featuring a 1.1MHz gain bandwidth product and 0.35V/µs slew rate. This single-channel, bipolar IC operates from a minimum supply voltage of 1.35V dual or 1.8V single, up to 22V dual or 44V single. It offers 80dB common mode rejection ratio and 90dB power supply rejection ratio, with an input bias current of 17nA and input offset voltage of 350µV. The amplifier is housed in a lead-free, 8-pin SOIC package.
