Dual micropower low-dropout regulator supplies 100 mA per channel from a 1.8 V to 20 V input range. Adjustable outputs operate from a 1.22 V reference up to 20 V, with typical dropout of 300 mV at 100 mA. Output noise is 20 µV RMS over 10 Hz to 100 kHz with a 0.01 µF bypass capacitor, and quiescent current is 20 µA per channel. Independent shutdown controls reduce supply current to less than 0.1 µA, while internal protection provides reverse-battery, current-limit, thermal-limit, and reverse-current protection. The device is offered in thermally enhanced 10-lead DFN and MSOP packages for operation from -40 °C to 125 °C.
