Two-terminal programmable current source provides up to 200 mA output current over a 1.2 V to 40 V input range. Output current is set by an external resistor ratio, and input or output capacitors are not required for operation. The device includes reverse-voltage protection, reverse-current protection, current limiting, and thermal limiting. Initial set-pin current accuracy is specified at 1%.
