Automotive-grade RS-422/RS-485 bus transceiver, featuring a single transmitter and receiver. This surface-mount IC supports multipoint and multidrop data transmission at a minimum data rate of 20Mbps. Operating from a single 3.3V supply (3V to 3.6V range), it is housed in an 8-pin MSOP package with gull-wing leads. The component is designed for a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
