Single-phase synchronous step-down DC/DC controller drives external N-channel MOSFETs in a constant-frequency voltage-mode architecture. The controller supports Intel IMVP-6 and IMVP-6.5 VID features, 4.5 V to 36 V input operation, and a phase-lockable 150 kHz to 550 kHz switching frequency. Differential remote output sensing, programmable active voltage positioning, current monitoring, UVLO, overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, PWRGD, and thermal-throttling flags are included. The EUHF package variant uses a 38-lead 5 mm by 7 mm plastic QFN with exposed pad and is specified for a -40 °C to 125 °C junction temperature range.
