The MAX32690 is an ultra-low-power advanced system-on-chip (SoC) featuring an Arm Cortex-M4F CPU, 3.25MB internal flash, and 1MB internal SRAM. It includes an integrated Bluetooth 5.2 Low Energy radio supporting AoA, AoD, LE Audio, and mesh. The device is designed for battery-powered industrial and wearable applications, featuring an additional 32-bit RISC-V coprocessor to offload data processing and a Cryptographic Tool Box for IP and data security.
