The MAX32690 is an ultra-low-power advanced system-on-chip (SoC) featuring an Arm Cortex-M4F CPU, an integrated Bluetooth 5.2 Low Energy radio, and a 32-bit RISC-V coprocessor. It provides 3.25MB of internal flash and 1MB of internal SRAM, designed for battery-powered IoT, industrial, and wearable applications. It supports features like AoA, AoD, LE Audio, and Mesh, and includes extensive security through a Cryptographic Tool Box (CTB).
