The IQS620A is a multifunctional ProxFusion sensor that integrates capacitive, Hall-effect, and inductive sensing technologies into a single integrated circuit. It is an ultra-low power solution designed for proximity wake-up, touch detection, and SAR safety requirements. The device features automatic tuning (ATI), an I2C interface, and can be configured to output trigger events on GPIOs.
