The 4054B is a dual-channel function/arbitrary waveform generator capable of producing stable and precise sine, square, triangle, pulse, and arbitrary waveforms. It uses a high-performance 14-bit, 150 MSa/s arbitrary waveform generator and features a 4.3-inch color LCD. Both channels are independent with individual output on/off buttons and can be varied from 0 to 10 Vpp into 50 ohms. The instrument supports linear/logarithmic sweep, AM/DSB-AM/ASK/FM/FSK/PM/PSK/PWM modulation, and includes a built-in frequency counter.
