The Sil-Pad 800 (TSP 1600 series) is a high-performance silicone elastomer insulator designed for low-pressure applications requiring high thermal performance and electrical isolation. It features a smooth and highly compliant surface that minimizes interfacial thermal resistance, making it suitable for discrete semiconductors mounted with spring clips. The material is gold in color and reinforced with fiberglass for durability.
