The Sil-Pad K-10 (TSP PPK1300) is a high-performance thermal interface material consisting of a specialized silicone rubber coating on both sides of a polyester-based film. It is designed to replace ceramic insulators such as Beryllium Oxide, Boron Nitride, and Alumina while providing high dielectric strength and thermal conductivity in a clean, grease-free format.
