General purpose logic IC output optocoupler featuring 2 channels and 2 elements for unidirectional signal transmission. Achieves 1500V isolation with a 5Mbps data rate and 350ns propagation delay. Operates with 8mA forward current and provides up to 15mA output current per channel. Offered in a DIP-8 package with gold contact plating, suitable for both through-hole and surface mount applications. Rated for a wide operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C.
