This 1-element, DIP-8 package optocoupler operates at up to 10MBps with a propagation delay of 95ns and fall time of 12ns. It supports a forward current of 8mA and delivers an output current of 10mA with a TOTEM POLE output type. Designed for a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 105°C, this RoHS compliant component is supplied on tape and reel.
