Designed for surface mounting in a SO package with tin, matte contact plating, this unidirectional device offers a propagation delay of 80ns and a fall time of 0.012µs. Operating across a -40°C to 105°C temperature range, it supports a forward current of 8mA and is RoHS compliant.
