The device operates from a 15 V to 30 V supply, supports industrial temperatures from -40 °C to 105 °C, and is housed in a surface-mount SO-16 package with 8.3 mm creepage and clearance. It is intended for industrial drives, power inverters, renewable energy inverters, and switching power supplies.
