
General purpose logic IC output optocoupler featuring 4 channels and 2.5kV isolation. This unidirectional optocoupler operates at a 15Mbps data rate with a 100ns propagation delay and turn-on delay. It offers a 15mA forward current and 50mA output current per channel, with a 7V collector-emitter breakdown voltage. Designed for surface mount applications in a SOIC package, it is RoHS compliant and UL, CSA, VDE approved.
