2-Ch Optocoupler, 5kV Isolation, 10MBps, PDIP-8

Logic IC output optocoupler featuring 2 channels and 5kV isolation voltage. This unidirectional optocoupler offers a 10MBps data rate with a 75ns propagation delay and 10ns fall time. It operates with a 15mA forward current and provides 50mA output current per channel. Packaged in a RoHS compliant PDIP-8 through-hole mount, it is rated for -40°C to 85°C and holds UL, CSA, and VDE approvals.
